Pepperoni Pizza Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20–25 slices pepperoni (cut in halves if large)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: garlic powder, Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dough
    • Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface
    • Cut into roughly 2–3 inch squares
  3. Assemble pizza bombs
    • Place a small spoonful of mozzarella in the center of each square
    • Add 2–3 pepperoni slices
