Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Ingredients

Fruit (use any combo you like):

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1โ€“2 bananas, sliced (add last)

Cheesecake Dressing:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ยฝ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or freshly whipped cream)

Optional add-ins:

  • Mini marshmallows
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Make the cheesecake dressing
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  2. Prepare fruit
    Wash, dry, and cut fruit. Pat dry to avoid excess moisture.
  3. Combine
    Gently fold fruit into cheesecake mixture until evenly coated.
    Add bananas last to prevent browning.
  4. Chill & serve
    Refrigerate 30โ€“60 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Tips

  • Toss bananas or apples with a little lemon juice to prevent browning
  • Swap whipped topping for Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • Sprinkle graham crackers on top just before serving for crunch
