Classic Fried Bologna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1–2 thick slices of bologna
  • 2 slices of white bread (or Texas toast)
  • 1 slice American or cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Butter or oil

How to Make It

  1. Prep the bologna
    • Cut a small “X” or slit in the center of the bologna slice so it doesn’t curl while frying.
