Crockpot Ravioli (Slow Cooker Lasagna-Style)
Ingredients
- 1 (25–30 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce (marinara or meat sauce)
- 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup ricotta or cottage cheese (optional)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Optional add-ins:
- Cooked ground beef or sausage
- Spinach
- Pepperoni slices
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
- Layer ingredients:
- Sauce on the bottom
- Single layer of frozen ravioli
- Cheese (and meat if using)
- Repeat layers until everything is used.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Cover and cook:
- Low: 3–4 hours
- High: 2–3 hours
(Ravioli should be tender, cheese melted.)
- Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving.
