Here’s a simple and tasty chicken wrap recipe—flexible, healthy, and perfect for lunch or dinner 🌯


🍗 Easy Chicken Wraps (2–3 servings)

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or sliced (grilled, roasted, or leftover)
  • 1 cup fresh veggies: lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper
  • 2–3 tbsp sauce: yogurt dressing, hummus, mayo, or ranch
  • Optional: cheese, avocado, or olives
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave.
  2. Spread your sauce evenly over each wrap.
  3. Layer chicken, veggies, and any optional toppings.
  4. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the bottom edge up, then roll tightly to enclose the filling.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.

🔄 Variations

  • Spicy chicken wrap: Add sriracha, hot sauce, or chipotle mayo.
  • Mediterranean: Chicken + hummus + cucumber + tomato + feta + olives.
  • BBQ chicken: Toss chicken in BBQ sauce + add coleslaw.
  • Healthy/light: Use whole wheat or low-carb wraps, extra greens, and avocado.

💡 Tips

  • Don’t overfill—makes rolling easier.
  • Wrap in foil if you want to take it on the go.
  • Warm the chicken slightly before wrapping for best flavor.
