Ravioli Lasagna

Here’s a simple, cozy Ravioli Lasagna recipe—easy, cheesy, and great for a weeknight 🍝

Ravioli Lasagna (Easy Version)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (20–25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli (no need to thaw)
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (optional)
  • 1–2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional extras: spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, ricotta

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook meat (if using): Brown it in a pan, season with salt & pepper, then stir in the pasta sauce.
  3. Layer it up in a greased baking dish:
    • Thin layer of sauce
    • Single layer of frozen ravioli
    • Sauce
    • Mozzarella + a little Parmesan
      Repeat layers, ending with sauce and lots of cheese.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Rest 5–10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Tips & Variations

  • 🥬 Add spinach between layers for extra veggies
  • 🧀 Mix ricotta with a little Parmesan for a creamier middle layer
  • 🌶️ Use spicy sausage or add red pepper flakes for heat
  • 🥗 Serve with garlic bread or a simple salad
