Club sandwich

A classic favorite 🥪 Here’s an easy Club Sandwich you can make at home.

Classic Club Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 3 slices toasted bread (white, wheat, or sourdough)
  • 2–3 slices cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 slices cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Mayonnaise (or mayo + a little mustard)
  • Salt & pepper

Steps

  1. Toast the bread:
    Toast all three slices until golden.
  2. First layer:
    Spread mayo on one slice. Add lettuce, tomato, chicken/turkey, and a little salt & pepper.
  3. Middle slice:
    Place the second slice on top. Spread mayo on it, then add bacon and cheese.
  4. Top it off:
    Finish with the third slice of bread.
  5. Cut & serve:
    Secure with toothpicks and cut into quarters.

Fun Variations

  • Chicken club: grilled or crispy chicken
  • Veggie club: avocado, cucumber, and extra tomato
  • Extra crispy: toast with butter instead of plain
