Easy Nutella Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Preheat oven:
    Set to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8-inch (20 cm) round pan.
  2. Mix wet ingredients:
    In a bowl, whisk Nutella, eggs, sugar, milk, oil/butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients:
    Gently mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
  4. Bake:
    Pour batter into the pan. Bake 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  5. Cool & serve:
    Let cool before slicing 🍰

Optional Toppings

  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Spread extra Nutella on top
  • Add chopped hazelnuts or chocolate chips
