Hass avocado

Posted on December 31, 2025 by Admin

🥑 Hass avocado—creamy, rich, and super versatile!

How to tell it’s ripe

  • Dark green to nearly black skin
  • Gently soft when you press (not mushy)
  • Stem pops off easily and is green underneath

Easy ways to use it

  • Avocado toast: mash with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon
  • Guacamole: avocado + lime + salt (add tomato/onion if you like)
  • Salads: slice or cube into cucumber-tomato salad
  • Sandwiches & wraps: great in a club sandwich
  • Smoothies: adds creaminess without strong flavor

Storage tips

  • Unripe: leave at room temperature
  • Ripe: refrigerate to slow ripening
  • Cut: keep the pit in, cover tightly, add lemon or lime juice
