parsley tea

Here’s a simple parsley tea recipe 🌿

Parsley Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley (chopped) or 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1½–2 cups water
  • Optional: lemon slice or honey

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add parsley and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, cover, and steep 5 minutes.
  4. Strain and drink warm (or chill for iced tea).

Tips

  • For stronger tea: simmer a few minutes longer.
  • Drink 1–2 cups per day.
  • Avoid during pregnancy or with kidney issues unless advised by a doctor.
