Posted on February 2, 2026 by Admin

Ohhh yes — Bang Bang Salmon 🔥🐟
Sweet, spicy, creamy, and wildly addictive. Here’s an easy, restaurant-style version you can make at home.

Bang Bang Salmon (serves 2–3)

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1½ lb salmon fillets (skin on or off)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Bang Bang Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1–2 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice

Optional garnish

  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Make the sauce
Mix all Bang Bang sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Prep the salmon
Pat salmon dry. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook the salmon (choose one)

    Oven (easy & reliable)

    • Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C.
    • Bake salmon 12–15 minutes until just cooked through.

    Air Fryer (extra crispy edges)

    • 390°F / 200°C for 8–10 minutes.

    Pan-Seared (best crust)

    • Sear in a hot skillet 4–5 min per side.
  4. Bang Bang it
    • Spoon or brush sauce generously over cooked salmon.
    • Broil 2–3 minutes until bubbly and slightly caramelized (optional but 🔥).
  5. Serve
    • Sprinkle with green onions & sesame seeds.

Serving Ideas

  • Over jasmine rice or coconut rice
  • In tacos with slaw
  • On a salad with avocado & cucumber

Pro Tips

  • Want it spicier? Add more sriracha or chili flakes.
  • Want it lighter? Swap half the mayo for Greek yogurt.
  • Leftover sauce = 🔥 on shrimp, chicken, or cauliflower.

If you want, I can give you a Bang Bang Salmon bowl or a crispy breaded version that goes absolutely crazy 😏
