Carrot pineapple lemon ginger juice

Posted on February 11, 2026 by Admin

That’s a bright, immune-boosting combo 🥕🍍🍋 — sweet, tangy, and a little spicy from the ginger.

Here’s a simple, fresh version:

🥕🍍 Carrot Pineapple Lemon Ginger Juice

Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1½ cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1–2 inch piece fresh ginger (adjust to taste)
  • ½–1 cup cold water (if blending)
  • Ice (optional)

🥤 If You Have a Juicer

  1. Feed carrots, pineapple, and ginger through the juicer.
  2. Stir in fresh lemon juice.
  3. Serve over ice.

🥤 If You’re Using a Blender

  1. Add carrots, pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, and water.
  2. Blend until very smooth.
  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth (optional for smoother juice).
  4. Serve chilled.

✨ Flavor Tips

  • Sweeter: add ½ apple or a splash of orange juice.
  • More zing: add extra ginger or a pinch of cayenne.
  • Lighter: add coconut water instead of plain water.
  • Smoothie version: skip straining and add a frozen banana.

🌿 Benefits

  • Carrots: rich in beta-carotene (vitamin A)
  • Pineapple: vitamin C + digestive enzymes
  • Ginger: anti-inflammatory, aids digestion
  • Lemon: immune support & freshness

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight jar in the fridge up to 24 hours.

If you’d like, I can also give you a detox version, a weight-loss focused version, or a blood-pressure friendly variation.
