Here’s a simple guide to making Clove Tea, a warm, aromatic, and soothing beverage with subtle spiciness and health benefits.


🌿 Clove Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3–5 whole cloves
  • Optional:
    • ½ tsp honey or maple syrup
    • A slice of lemon
    • A small piece of ginger
    • Cinnamon stick for extra warmth

Instructions

1️⃣ Boil water

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small pot.

2️⃣ Add cloves

  • Add whole cloves to the boiling water.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes, depending on how strong you like the flavor.

3️⃣ Strain and serve

  • Strain the tea into a cup.
  • Add optional honey, lemon, or cinnamon to taste.

4️⃣ Enjoy warm

  • Sip slowly; perfect for cold weather or when you want a soothing drink.
