- 4 slices bread (sourdough or Texas toast works great)
- 3 tbsp softened butter
- 1–2 cloves garlic, minced

Cheese
- 1½–2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar is great)
Instructions
- Cook the shrimp
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and garlic.
Heat butter/oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Chop into bite-sized pieces. - Make garlic butter
Mix softened butter with garlic (and parsley if using). - Assemble sandwiches
Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
