Here’s an easy low-carb crustless pizza bowl—all the pizza flavor, no crust 🍕✨


Low-Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked protein (pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, or chicken)
  • ½ cup low-carb pizza sauce or sugar-free marinara
  • 1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings:
    • Mushrooms
    • Bell peppers
    • Olives
    • Onions
    • Spinach
    • Cooked bacon
  • Italian seasoning or oregano

Instructions

Oven method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread sauce in an oven-safe bowl.
  3. Layer protein, veggies, and cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake 15–20 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.

Microwave method

  1. Layer ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway, until cheese is melted.
