🍗 Fried chicken gizzards

👨🍳 Instructions
- Clean and boil the gizzards
- Rinse gizzards and boil them in salted water for 30–40 minutes until tender.
- Marinate
- Place cooked gizzards in buttermilk for 30–60 minutes to make them tender.
- Season the flour
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Coat the gizzards
- Remove gizzards from buttermilk and coat them well in the seasoned flour.
- Fry
- Heat oil to about 175 °C (350 °F).
- Fry for 4–6 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain and serve
- Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
