- 2 Lobster tails (split in half lengthwise)
- 8โ10 Scallops, large, patted dry
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 3โ4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

- Prepare seafood
- Rinse lobster tails and scallops, pat dry, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Cook lobster
- Heat 1 tbsp butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place lobster tails cut-side down, sear for 3โ4 minutes, flip, and cook another 3โ4 minutes until opaque and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Cook scallops
- In the same pan, add remaining butter.
- Sear scallops for 2โ3 minutes per side until golden brown and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Make garlic butter sauce
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sautรฉ 30โ60 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and any pan juices from lobster and scallops.
- Combine and serve
- Return lobster and scallops to the pan, spoon sauce over them, and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

- Do not overcrowd the pan when searing scallops; it prevents a golden crust.
