2. 🍅 Mediterranean Snails

Ingredients:

  • Boiled snails
  • Olive oil
  • Chopped onion, garlic, and tomatoes
  • Oregano, thyme, chili flakes
  • Lemon juice

Method:

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  2. Add tomatoes and spices, simmer 5–10 min.
  3. Add snails and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.

3. 🌿 Garlic & Herb Snail Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • Snails (boiled)
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Garlic, ginger, and fresh herbs
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
  2. Add snails and stir-fry 3–5 min.
  3. Add fresh herbs, season, and serve.

  • Snails have a chewy texture; don’t overcook.
