  • Salt & pepper
  • Oil for frying

  2. Dredge in flour → egg → breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry in hot oil 3–4 min per side until golden brown.
  4. Drain on paper towels.

5. 🌶️ Spicy Cajun Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • Pork chops
  • 1 tbsp Cajun spice mix (paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, thyme, oregano)
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method:

  1. Rub spice mix on pork chops.
  2. Pan-fry or grill 4–5 min per side.
  3. Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.

💡 Tips:

  • Let chops rest after cooking to retain juices.
  • Use a meat thermometer: 63°C (145°F) for medium.
  • Boneless chops cook faster; bone-in adds flavor.

I can also make a quick 20-minute pork chop recipe collection with sauces for weeknight dinners. Do you want me to do that?
