Classic Stuffed Mushrooms (Easy + Tasty)
You’ll need:

Button or cremini mushrooms

Cream cheese (softened)

Breadcrumbs

Steps:

Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Gently remove mushroom stems and chop them finely.

Sauté chopped stems in a little olive oil with garlic until soft.

Mix stems with cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps.

Place on a baking sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and bubbly.
