Here’s an easy Chicken Parmesan Grilled Cheese—crispy, cheesy, and saucy.

🧀🍗 Chicken Parm Grilled Cheese

Ingredients (1–2 sandwiches)

  • 2 thick slices Italian or sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1 cooked breaded chicken cutlet (or chicken tenders), sliced
  • 1/3 cup marinara sauce (warm, not watery)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Optional: sliced provolone or fresh mozzarella
  • Optional: dried basil or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
  3. Place one slice bread butter-side down in the pan.
  4. Layer mozzarella, chicken, a spoonful of marinara, Parmesan, and seasoning.
  5. Top with second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook 3–4 minutes per side, pressing lightly, until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove, rest 1 minute, then slice.

  • Keep sauce light to avoid soggy bread.
  • Medium-low heat melts cheese without burning.
  • Add pepperoni for a pizza-style twist.
  • Serve with extra marinara for dipping.
