Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Quickly sear steak cubes 1–2 minutes per side for extra flavor (optional but tasty). - Combine in crockpot
Place steak bites in the slow cooker. Add beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, onion powder, and optional spices. Stir to combine. - Cook
Cover and cook:- Low: 3–4 hours
- High: 1.5–2 hours
until steak is tender but not falling apart.

If you want a thicker sauce, remove steak bites and stir in 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water. Cook 10 minutes on high until thickened, then return steak to sauce. - Serve
