Here’s a quick and easy recipe for Air-Fried Corn—sweet, slightly crispy, and perfect as a snack or side dish.


Air-Fried Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: paprika, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer:
    • 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the corn:
    • Brush corn with olive oil or melted butter.
    • Season with salt, pepper, and any optional spices.
  3. Air fry:
    • Place corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    • Cook 10–12 minutes, turning halfway, until corn is slightly browned and tender.
  4. Serve:
    • Remove corn, add extra butter or toppings if desired.
    • Serve hot as a side or snack.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle with smoked paprika, Parmesan, or fresh herbs after cooking.
  • Cut corn into halves or thirds if your air fryer basket is small.
  • For a charred effect, cook 1–2 minutes longer, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
