Easy Apple Crisp Bites

Ingredients

Apple filling:

  • 3 medium apples, peeled & diced
  • 2 tbsp sugar (brown or white)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp flour or cornstarch

Crisp topping:

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp cold butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Prep
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a mini muffin pan.
  1. Apple filling
  • Mix apples, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon juice, and flour. Set aside.
  1. Crisp topping
  • Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Cut in butter until crumbly.
  1. Assemble
  • Spoon apple mixture into muffin cups.
  • Top generously with crisp topping, pressing lightly.
  1. Bake
  • Bake 18–22 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  1. Cool
  • Let cool 10 minutes before removing.

Tips

  • Use Granny Smith or Honeycrisp for best texture.
  • For extra indulgence, drizzle with caramel or add chopped pecans.
  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
