Classic Baked Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 large russet potato per person
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    • Set oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prep potato

    • Prick several times with a fork.
