- 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
- 1 tbsp oil

For pasta:
- 200–250g pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3–4 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 small onion (optional)
- 1 cup cream (or milk + a little flour)
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
- 1 cup chicken broth (or water)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- Salt & black pepper to taste

Mix:
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook pasta
Boil in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook chicken
- Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning
- Cook in hot pan with oil until golden and fully done
- Remove and set aside
- Make sauce
- In same pan, add butter
- Sauté garlic (and onion if using)
- Add bell peppers → cook 2–3 minutes
- Pour in cream + broth
- Add cheese, salt, pepper
- Combine
- Add cooked pasta + chicken
- Mix well and simmer 2–3 minutes
