Here’s an easy caramel chocolate crunch bar recipe 🍫✨
No baking needed and very beginner-friendly.

Caramel Chocolate Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce or soft caramels
  • 2 cups crispy cereal (rice cereal or cornflakes)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional, for smoother caramel)

Steps

  1. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl (30-second bursts, stir each time).
  2. Warm caramel gently (microwave or stovetop). Stir in butter if using.
  3. Mix cereal into the melted chocolate until coated.
  4. Press half of the chocolate-cereal mix into a lined pan.
  5. Spread caramel evenly on top.
  6. Add remaining chocolate-cereal mix, pressing gently.
  7. Chill in the fridge for 30–45 minutes until firm.
  8. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Tips

  • Add chopped nuts or pretzel pieces for extra crunch.
  • Use dark chocolate if you want it less sweet.
  • Store in the fridge so the caramel stays firm.
