Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken:
    • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C). Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Make the creamy sauce:
    • In the same skillet, lower heat and add cream cheese and chicken broth.
    • Stir until smooth and creamy.
    • Add shredded cheese and optional vegetables, stir until melted and combined.
  3. Combine:
    • Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the cream cheese sauce, and simmer 2–3 minutes to heat through.
  4. Serve:
