Crispy Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders (or sliced chicken breast)
- 1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tsp lemon juice)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Breading
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or panko (extra crunch)
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk + spices for 20 min (or up to overnight).
- Mix breading ingredients in a bowl.
- Dredge chicken, pressing coating on.
- Fry in 350°F (175°C) oil for 4–5 min per side

Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 18–22 min, flipping once
or
Air fry at 400°F (205°C) for 10–12 min.
