Here’s a flavorful, no-fuss way to make Juicy Baked Chicken Thighs 🍗✨

Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients (serves 3–4)

  • 6–8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes or lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prep chicken: Pat thighs dry with paper towels (this helps crisp the skin).
  3. Season: Rub chicken with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with all seasonings.
  4. Bake: Place thighs skin-side up on a rack over a baking sheet (or directly in a lightly greased pan).
    • Bake 35–45 minutes, until skin is crispy and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Easy Variations

  • Garlic herb: Add fresh minced garlic and chopped rosemary
  • Honey mustard: Brush with honey + Dijon in the last 10 minutes
  • BBQ style: Brush with BBQ sauce and broil 3–5 minutes at the end
  • Mediterranean: Add lemon slices, olives, and oregano
