🍫 Chocolate-Covered Brownie Bars

🧾 Ingredients
For the brownies:
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs

- Melt chocolate (with oil if using) in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
4️⃣ Dip or coat the brownies
- Dip each brownie bar into chocolate or pour chocolate over the top.
- Place on parchment paper to set. Refrigerate briefly to harden the chocolate.
