🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower (Oven or Air Fryer)

A simple way to turn cauliflower into a crispy, flavorful snack or side—no deep frying needed.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 2–3 tbsp oil (olive or any cooking oil)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika or red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
  • ½ tsp turmeric (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp cornflour (for extra crispiness)

👨‍🍳 Method (Oven)

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C
  2. Wash & dry cauliflower well (dry = crispier)
  3. In a bowl, mix florets with oil + all spices
  4. Add cornflour and toss to coat evenly
  5. Spread on a baking tray (don’t overcrowd)
  6. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway

🍳 Air Fryer Method

  • Cook at 200°C for 15–20 minutes
  • Shake basket halfway through

😋 Make it extra tasty

  • Add lemon juice after cooking
  • Sprinkle chaat masala for desi flavor
  • Toss with a little honey + chili sauce for sweet-spicy
