Here’s a comforting, easy Crockpot Pork Chops and Stuffing recipe — perfect for a hands-off dinner.


🍽️ Crockpot Pork Chops and Stuffing

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • ½ tsp dried thyme (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Season the pork
    Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Layer in crockpot
    Lightly grease the slow cooker. Place pork chops on the bottom in a single layer.
  3. Mix the sauce
    In a bowl, combine cream soup, broth, sour cream (if using), and thyme. Pour over pork chops.
  4. Add stuffing
    Sprinkle dry stuffing mix evenly over the top. Gently press it into the sauce (don’t fully stir).
  5. Cook
    • Low: 5–6 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours
      Pork should be tender and reach 145°F internally.
  6. Serve
    Spoon extra sauce over the chops and stuffing before serving.

🥕 Optional Add-Ins

  • Layer sliced onions or mushrooms under the pork chops
  • Add green beans or baby carrots along the sides
  • Stir in a splash of milk at the end if you want it creamier

💡 Tip for Extra Flavor

Quickly sear the pork chops in a skillet for 2–3 minutes per side before adding to the crockpot. This adds great depth but is optional.
