Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any low-fat milk)
  • 1 packet sugar-free chocolate pudding mix (fat-free)
  • Ice cubes (about 1–1½ cups)
  • Optional boosts:
    • 1–2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (extra chocolatey)
    • A splash of vanilla extract
    • Zero-cal sweetener if you like it sweeter

Instructions

  1. Toss everything into a blender.
