- 2–4 Chicken breast, pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1–2 cups Bread crumbs (plain or seasoned)

- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- Oil for frying (Vegetable oil or canola)

- Prepare the chicken
- Slice or pound chicken breasts to about 1–1.5 cm (½ inch) thickness.

- Bread the chicken
- Coat chicken in flour → dip in eggs → coat with bread crumbs.

- Fry chicken cutlets 3–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp 74 °C / 165 °F).
- Drain and serve
- Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
