Posted on January 9, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a simple, classic frozen fruit saladβ€”easy, nostalgic, and great as a dessert or side.

πŸ“ Frozen Fruit Salad (No-Bake)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved & drained
  • 1–2 cups mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, mango, or fruit cocktail)
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in vanilla.
  4. Fold in pineapple, cherries, fruit, and nuts (if using).
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  6. Spread into a loaf pan or freezer-safe dish.
  7. Cover and freeze at least 4–6 hours or overnight.
  8. Let sit at room temperature 10–15 minutes before slicing.

🍍 Variations

  • Lighter version: Use whipped topping instead of heavy cream.
  • Tropical: Pineapple, mango, coconut flakes.
  • Berry: Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries.
  • Citrus twist: Add a little orange zest.

If you want a healthier, dairy-free, or old-fashioned church-style version, tell me which one πŸ‘
