π Frozen Fruit Salad (No-Bake)
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved & drained
- 1β2 cups mixed fruit (strawberries, peaches, mango, or fruit cocktail)
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Fold in pineapple, cherries, fruit, and nuts (if using).
- Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Spread into a loaf pan or freezer-safe dish.
- Cover and freeze at least 4β6 hours or overnight.
- Let sit at room temperature 10β15 minutes before slicing.
