Posted on January 7, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a rich, indulgent Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Alfredo Shells recipe—savory, garlicky, and creamy all in one plate 🥩🍝🧄

Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Alfredo Shells

Ingredients

For the Alfredo Shells

  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: parsley for garnish

For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or flank), cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: fresh thyme or rosemary

Instructions

1. Cook Pasta

  1. Boil shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Make Alfredo Sauce

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  5. Toss cooked shells in the sauce. Keep warm.

3. Cook Steak Bites

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes per side (for medium-rare; adjust time for desired doneness). Remove and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to medium, melt butter in the same skillet, and add garlic. Sauté briefly, then return steak bites to the pan. Toss to coat in garlic butter.

4. Assemble & Serve

  1. Plate Alfredo shells, top with garlic butter steak bites.
  2. Spoon extra garlic butter from the pan over everything.
  3. Garnish with parsley or fresh thyme if desired.

Tips & Variations

  • 🍄 Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the Alfredo for extra flavor.
  • 🧄 Make it extra garlicky by roasting a whole garlic clove and mashing it into the sauce.
  • 🥩 For more tender steak bites, let them rest 5 minutes after cooking.
  • 🧀 Mix in Mozzarella or Pecorino for a twist on the sauce.

If you want, I can also make a one-pan version where the pasta cooks in the same skillet as the steak and sauce—super fast and easy cleanup.

Do you want me to do that?
