Here’s a crispy, flavorful recipe for Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts — simple and delicious.


🥬 Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1½ lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: pinch red pepper flakes or squeeze of lemon

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prep sprouts
    Trim ends, remove any yellow leaves, and cut in half lengthwise.
  3. Season
    In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
  4. Arrange cut-side down
    Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet. Placing them cut-side down helps them caramelize and crisp.
  5. Roast
    Bake 20–25 minutes, until tender inside and deeply golden on the outside.
  6. Add Parmesan
    Sprinkle Parmesan over the sprouts during the last 5 minutes of roasting so it melts and lightly crisps.
  7. Finish & serve
    Optional squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.

🔥 Extra Crispy Tip

For even more crispiness, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end — watch closely so they don’t burn.
