🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1–2 cups shredded cheese (optional)

1️⃣ Cook the pasta

  • Boil macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Cook the beef

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer 10–15 minutes for flavors to combine.

4️⃣ Combine with pasta

  • Add cooked macaroni to the beef mixture. Stir until well coated.

5️⃣ Optional cheese topping

  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover for a few minutes to melt.
