1. 🥩 Classic Meatloaf

Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

  • 500g ground beef (or mix beef & pork)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • Salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix all ingredients except topping in a bowl.
  3. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish.

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef & pork (500g)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ cup tomato sauce

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and form a loaf.
  2. Brush with tomato sauce on top.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50–55 min.
  4. Serve with extra tomato sauce.

3. 🌿 Herb & Veggie Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • Ground beef (500g)
  • 1 small zucchini, grated
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp thyme, 1 tsp parsley

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Form loaf and place in a pan.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 50 min.
  4. Optional: brush with ketchup or BBQ sauce.

4. 🥓 Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite meatloaf mix
  • 6–8 slices of bacon

Method:

  1. Form the meatloaf.
  2. Wrap bacon slices around it.
  3. Bake 45–55 min at 180°C (350°F) until bacon is crispy.

5. 🍔 Mini Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients:

  • Same as classic meatloaf, but divide into muffin tin
  • Optional: top each with ketchup or BBQ sauce

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Fill muffin cups with meat mixture.
  3. Bake 25–30 min.
  4. Great for portion control or kids!
