No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Balls
Ingredients (makes ~12–15 balls)
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- ½ cup peanut butter (or almond/cashew butter)
- ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, shredded coconut, chopped nuts
Instructions
- Mix ingredients
- In a bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
- Stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Fold in any optional mix-ins.
- Form balls
- Scoop 1–2 tbsp dough and roll into balls with your hands.
- If dough is sticky, refrigerate 10 minutes before rolling.
- Chill
- Place balls on a plate or tray.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes to set.
- Serve & store
- Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
- Freeze for longer storage.
Tips
