🍫 Classic No-Bake Chocolate Oat Cookies

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups oats (quick oats work best)

1. Make the Chocolate Base

  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Let it boil for 1 minute (important for proper texture).

2. Mix Everything

  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add oats and mix well.

3. Shape the Cookies

  • Drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper or a tray.
