3-Ingredient Nougat (Marshmallow Style)
Ingredients
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup roasted nuts (almonds, peanuts, or pistachios)
Instructions
- Melt
- In a heatproof bowl, gently melt the white chocolate (microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time).
- Combine
- Stir in marshmallows until evenly coated.
- Add nuts
- Fold in the nuts.
- Set
- Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan.
- Refrigerate 1–2 hours until firm.
- Cut & serve
- Slice into squares or bars.
Tips & Variations
- Add dried fruit (cranberries, cherries) if you want a twist
- Use dark or milk chocolate for a different flavor
- Lightly oil your knife for clean cuts
