Parsley Tea
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley (chopped) or 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1½–2 cups water
- Optional: lemon slice or honey
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil.
- Add parsley and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cover, and steep 5 minutes.
- Strain and drink warm (or chill for iced tea).
Tips
