Potato gratin is pure comfort food 🥔🧀

What it is:

  • Cream (or milk + cream) infused with garlic
  • Cheese—Gruyère is classic, but cheddar or Parmesan work too
  • Baked until tender inside with a golden, bubbly top

Why it’s so good:

  • Perfect as a side for almost anything—or honestly, great on its own

A little tip: slicing the potatoes evenly and letting it rest 10 minutes after baking helps it set up perfectly.
