Rainbow salad

Rainbow salad is as fun to eat as it is to look at đŸŒˆđŸ„—

What it usually includes:

  • A mix of colorful vegetables:
    • Red: bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, radishes
    • Orange: carrots
    • Yellow: corn or yellow bell peppers
    • Green: lettuce, cucumbers, spinach
    • Purple: cabbage or purple carrots
  • Optional extras: beans, seeds, nuts, or cheese
  • Light dressing: vinaigrette, lemon juice, or a creamy dressing
