Here’s a simple, no-fuss Ravioli Lasagna—perfect for busy nights 🍝

Easy Ravioli Lasagna (5 Ingredients)

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (25–30 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook meat (optional)
    • Brown meat in a skillet and drain fat.
    • Stir in pasta sauce and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Layer
    • Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.
    • Add a layer of frozen ravioli.
    • Spoon sauce (with or without meat) over ravioli.
    • Sprinkle mozzarella.
    • Repeat layers, finishing with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  4. Bake
    • Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
    • Uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Rest
    • Let sit 10 minutes before slicing.

Variations

  • Vegetarian: skip meat, add spinach or mushrooms
  • Alfredo style: use chicken ravioli + Alfredo sauce
  • Spicy: hot Italian sausage or red pepper flakes
  • Make-ahead: assemble, refrigerate up to 24 hours, then bake
