Instructions

  1. Prepare the beef
    • Slice beef thinly across the grain.
    • Toss with garlic and ginger.
  2. Add to slow cooker
    • Place beef in the slow cooker.
    • Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and beef broth. Pour over beef.
  3. Cook
    • Low: 3–4 hours
