Posted on March 17, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a refreshing and healthy Soursop-Turmeric-Hibiscus Drink recipe—fruity, floral, and subtly spicy.

🍹 Soursop-Turmeric-Hibiscus Drink

🧂 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 cup soursop pulp (fresh or frozen, deseeded)
  • 1–2 tsp ground turmeric (or 1-inch fresh turmeric root, grated)
  • 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers (or hibiscus tea bags)
  • 4 cups water
  • 2–4 tbsp honey, agave, or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • Ice cubes (optional)

🔪 Instructions

1. Make hibiscus tea

  1. Boil 4 cups water and add dried hibiscus flowers.
  2. Simmer 5–10 minutes until deep red and aromatic.
  3. Strain and let cool slightly.

2. Blend soursop and turmeric

  1. In a blender, combine soursop pulp and turmeric with a little hibiscus tea.
  2. Blend until smooth.

3. Combine and sweeten

  1. Mix the soursop-turmeric blend with the remaining hibiscus tea.
  2. Add honey or sweetener to taste.
  3. Stir in lime or lemon juice for brightness.

4. Chill and serve

  • Serve over ice for a refreshing drink.
  • Garnish with hibiscus petals, lime slices, or fresh mint.

🌟 Tips

  • Turmeric boost: Add a pinch of black pepper to enhance absorption of turmeric’s active compounds.
  • Creamy variation: Blend with coconut water or coconut milk for a tropical twist.
  • Make-ahead: Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 days; stir before serving.

If you want, I can also give a sparkling version of this drink using carbonated water for a fizzy, tropical refresher.
